Imanu Wellness Return & Refund Policy

At Imanu Wellness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  1. In the same condition as when you received it
  2. Unworn or unused
  3. With all original tags and packaging intact
  4. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@imanuwellness.com. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions and return address.

Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be shipped to the provided address. Items sent back without first contacting us for a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@imanuwellness.com so we can evaluate the issue and make things right. We are committed to resolving any problems as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

For exchanges, the best option is to initiate a return for the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you'd like.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. To qualify, your item must be unworn or unused, in the same condition you received it, with original tags, and in its original packaging. Please include proof of purchase when returning the item.
